1. Return Period
Customers may return eligible products within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition
The item must be in its original packaging
The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened software or activated licenses
Used accessories
Products damaged due to misuse
Special order items
4. Defective Products
If the product is defective or has a manufacturing issue:
It will be inspected by our technical team
If confirmed, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded according to warranty terms
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase within 7–14 business days.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within the return period, subject to product availability and price difference adjustment if applicable.
